The bars design offers an integrated loading jack, which raises the loadable barbell sleeves high enough to allow for easy loading and unloading of bumper plates. The textured matte black powder coated frame, and hardened chrome sleeves ensure an extremely durable and corrosion resistant bar. The Open Hex Bar 2.0 features two knurled handles, at alternate heights, either side of the bar. The narrower handles are 30mm in diameter and offer up a grip that is similar to a barbell & dumbbell, were as the broader handles are 50mm in diameter and are great for improving grip and forearm strength.
